Sexual, pornographic, nude, sexually suggestive, escort, prostitution, exploitation, illegal, abusive, fraudulent or rights-infringing content is prohibited. We may stop streams, remove content, suspend accounts, withhold payouts during review and report unlawful conduct.

Credits are digital-use units for services inside the platform. They are not cash, deposits, securities or stored value. All credit and digital-service purchases are final and non-refundable. youhere does not provide cancellations, cash refunds, credit reversals, or exchanges after payment. A bank or payment network may still process a dispute outside the platform; such disputes may result in account restriction, debt recovery, or withholding of host payouts.

Hosts require administrator approval. Earnings and withdrawals are subject to platform commission, identity/payment review, fraud checks and approval.

Stripe processes payments. Complete payment-card details are not stored by youhere.
